We welcome the proposed Business Opportunity Rule which would prohibit business opportunity sellers from failing to furnish prospective purchasers with material information. Going by the technological revolution across the globe , there is tremendous growth potential for the Companies with Business Opportunity concept, but what happens now is that the fake companies under this banner is spoiling the society and those who have hurt by their wrong and fradulent assurances on the product is keeping away from this business. This proposed rule will definitely instil confidence on both sides, seller as well buyer and this will strenghten the guenine Business Opportunity companies to grow. hence it is highly recommended to proceed further. sakthivel r
