I don't think a new prospect should have to wait seven days before they can register. I think a reasonable cancelation policy will solve this problem. I don't think providing 10 references is a good idea. Requiring an IBO to provide 10 references prior to registration would make it easy to have the prospect registered by any of the references. It could also be a privacy problem for the references. Manditory disclosure of past litigation could include false accusations etc. It would be very easy to not disclose any bad information at all if I were dishonest. I think this rule would only penalize the honest people. I don't think there should be a requirement to disclose past litigation. I think a standard income average for active IBO's is enough information since there are so many different examples that would have to be disclosed. It's best not to make any income claims unless they can be substantiated.
