to whom it may concern, i have been a quixtar ib.o. for 6 years. I am a professional and this has turned into a very sizable side income that will surpass my primary income shortly. I have no qualms about stricter guidlines for our industry but i am ungainst unfair guidelines because some fly by night companies have hurt the reputation of legitamite companies. as usuall when there is an issue we tend to overkill and over react .for oine there is no benefit to a seven day waiting period especially if the company offers a 100 % money back if not satisfiedthis is not a major financial decision here that can damage them .as for the references most people dont want a stranger calling them what good would that do . plus well schooled people would give out only happy people so you would never get to the unhappy people anyways . what if you guys had a website with a posting on it as to whether or not the company is legit any pending litigation etc. you dont make walmart or general motors give out any litigation info .as far as disclosing income info thats private i do not disclose my income from my other business what more disclosures do we need than the one required by you for us to give to each potential prospect.i hope you take all of this information into account before passing silly legislation that will only hurt the legitimate companies while still allowing the get rich quick illegal schemes to come and go as they please . again a site with all of the legl legitamate business ftc approved etc woould be the best way to go . take care and thank you in advance andrew ludel
