To Whom It May Concern: My experience has been a rollercoaster ride with Quixtar - but I never regret being involved. There was plenty of info provided in order for me to make an educated decision about the business; the reality that you have to work at it just as you would for any business model and that there are disappointments and successes. I feel that it would be a great breach of rights to my privacy in regards to my success and my failures financially, litigation or otherwise. The Quixtar company holds high standards of integrity as does most of it's Independent Business Owners. A few bad apples should not restrict the rights of everyone else in the barrel. Prospecting is a difficult task in itself and to have the government intervene in the process with a waiting period is detrimental to all those whom are trying to achieve either personal goals or fiscal goals. One must strike while the iron is hot - that is just plain good business sense. It is not up to the government to tell me how to run my business or any other business for that matter. IBO's already are guided by strict FTC rules - we do not need any more!! Quit criminalizing everything in this nation and go after those that break the laws of common decency. We are one nation under God - the Bible has fewer words than any other text of law and 2/3 of the world abide by this text. Stop making it harder for Americans to attain personal, spiritual and fiscal goals and start going after those in the wrong. More rules are absolutely an inferior solution and this proposal needs to be thrown out. Sincerely, Angela Bertalot Quixtar IBO
