I have been in business for 26 years now, my children are just starting in the Quixtar business with me. If you follow the outlined proposed rule we all will be out of business by 2007 and the future of this type of business will be over. Eliminate the waiting period for businesses like Quixtar that is doing everything they can to do it right. The cost of slowing down this process is a burden for everyone involved. We make sure on the front end that people want to be in business with us. Eliminate the requirement to provide 10 references. This would be like contacting 10 other sales people to steal your customer. Please eliminate the requirement to provide 10 references. List of lawsuits - this would be extremely unfair as most of the people in the Quixtar business have not been in a lawsuit. Please drop this as people will apear guilty by association. Personal financial documents - IBO's should not have to hand over personal income statements to prospects who they may never see again. Also high income earners could be targeted for personal gain by people who might look at idenity theft.
