Dear Sirs: My wife, Marilee S. Layman, has already sent you a letter stating some of the reasons we believe you should reconsider many of the proposed items you have in mind for protecting the public from business opportunities available today which are not operating according to ethical practices, etc. Some thoughts occurred to me to add to her letter, mainly that the seven day waiting period would defeat the purpose of an online business. Most of the clients/prospects, etc. we speak with want things yesterday! We are dealing with a microwave generation today. It is nothing like we used to work with when we first started our business. People didn't mind waiting a week or two to get products or services, but today they want it now with no waiting time! We believe they would lose interest if we had to conform to some of the items set forth as far as confirming with other business people, clients, prospects. As a former Senior VP of a bank, former president of a data processing company, and a former CPA, we find that the business plan set forth by the Quixtar Corporation is more than adequate, especially their 100% money back guarantee. Thank you for your consideration of these comments. C. Sheldon Layman
