To whom it may concern: I understand that the FTC has some concerns about the "direct selling" business' practices of disclosing information to the prospect. I believe that Quixtar and World Wide Dreambuilders have always disclosed the correct information to prospects in the 14 plus years I have been associated with them. When I was presented the opportunity, I was given the opportunity to talk and discuss and research the company and was always given a money back gaurentee as well as no pressure or time limit to registrar. To have a 7 day waiting period or the requirement of 10 references before signing into a business opportunity is not realistic. i.e. Day 1, I sign up for the opportunity. I am excited and want to get my business started. I can not because I am brand new and have no established references or the opportunity gain any because I am not allowed to introduce the program or registrar anybody due to not having the required 10. I recomend a 6-12 month registration money back gaurentee. Always leave the prospect a way to discontinue if they choose. I encourage to the FTC to consistantly check into all types of direct selling business' for inproper promoting and selling. Quixtar has been in great standing with the FTC and complies with rules and regulations. Please consider using the Quixtar model to as an example as to how a proper direct selling business should operate. My experience the past 14 plus years with Quixtar and World Wide Dream Builders has been a positive influence on my business and personal life inside and outside of Quixtar. Thank you for looking out for the common man and his best interest.
