Your proposal to regulate business opportunities is encouraging but way off the mark. I urge you to modify the proposal so it will NOT require substantiaion of income or disclosure of lawsuits. We alll know that frivilous lawsuits are unfortunatel, a casualty of the extraordinary awards given by the court. As for substantiation of income of any individual, it should always be private and confidential. Please modify this proposal so we can have better but appropriate legistlation to improve business opportunitiy validation. Respectfully, D. A. Ingino
