To whom this may concern, Hello I am Jamar Wilson and I am an Independent Business Owner affiliated with Quixtar. The changes that you would like to make may negativly impact my business, because it is now how I support my lifestyle. Waiting a week to get started and interviewing 10 other business owners will greatly slow performance for a lot of people. Some will have a greater advantage over newer people because they can show greater sucess the a person just getting started. This will make it extremly hard to progress. I am now becoming a successful IBO and had I waited a week and checked out the competion I most likly would not be in the position I am in now. I Greatly oppose the law that you would like to pass, because it will hurt a lot of people. Thank you Jamar
