Dear Sir or Madam: I am truly saddned about the proposed Business OpportunityRule R511993. I believe in its current form, it could seriously hurt me as an independent distributor with XanGo, LLC. an half billion dollar company headquartered in utah. I have operated a home business through XanGo for sixteen months now and I love the company. PlEASE DO NOT DESTROY MY BUSINESS, MY FAMILY DEPENDS ON THIS. The seven day waiting period clause of rule R511993 unfairly raises suspicion on my business, it also encourages prospective entrepreneurs who wish to join me to lose their enthusiasm and this is unneccessary. This ruling would create a burden for me and the company. It creates much more paperwork and it helps us waste our lands raw materials. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS RULE TO GO INTO LAW. PLEASE DO NOT JEOPARDIZE COUNTLESS HOME BASED BUSINESS. If this rule becomes law it will decrease the amount of taxes recieved because it will deter people from wanting to join a home based business like this so less revenue will be generated.
