I have been an IBO for a couple of years so far and because of the training and mentoring I have recieved through the World Wide Group my wife is alive today/our marriage is strong/my Christian Values are stronger/I can associate with like minded people and I have great hope for the future. I have not reached the financial goals I have set for myself but I am on track and believe I will achieve those goals within three years. The Quixtar business is perfect for my life - I love the convienience of on-line shopping/the high quality products and the flexibility of the business. I was looking for a business like this so I knew what I was registering for - I already own and operate a traditional business so I already understood what is required to build and run a business. When I sponser people I explain that this will take time and effort, however, I think some people still think it will be fast & easy so it is nice that they can get their money back if they deciede to quit. When I share this business opportunity with people, the ones who get excited and want to register are ready to start right away - they are excited and are ready to start. I do not see any advantage to waiting 7 days. I think waiting 7 days will kill the excitement a new person feels and it will stall any chance to build momentum. When I started my Real Estate Company I had 100's of 1000's of dollars on the line and I was not required to talk to other investors and what good would that do. We all have different reasons for why we are doing what we are doing and we will do things the way the best fits us - so it makes no sense to ask another IBO what they think, they got started for their own reasons. Also, I do not want my privacy violated by people passing out my name/address/and phone number. Potential IBO's have the ability to come to a local conference where they can meet and talk to other IBO's and ask them questions and learn about their experiences. I think it would be extremely inappropriate to be required to show my financials to people I may have just meet. It is none of their business what I make and quite honestly what I make or do not make in this business has no bearing on what they will do.
