My wife, Janine, and I have been IBO's with Quixtar since July 1, 1994. We have been involved and met our first serious goal of retiring my wife. She has been a stay-at-home mom since May, 1995. If it wasn't for Quixtar, we would not have been able to do this. This business fits our family lifestyle beautifully. Besides income, we have learned how to become leaders in our community, church, and family. We have become more aware of what is going on in the world. When we got started our sponsors gave us a tremendous amount of support and information to get started. And, that is how we get our new people started. We start with the registration fee and a product pack and that seems to have the greatest success factor. We let new prospects know that this is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme and it WILL take work. We tell them that there is work involved and we can't guarantee their success, because we don't know what they will do. I do not believe that waiting 7 days would be much of an issue in our business, but if you think about businesses such as, insurance, do they have to wait???No. As far as providing a "litagation list"...that is absurd! NO other company ever has to list all of theirs, and that includes governtment agencies. When you think of ALL the companies out there, how many cases against those companies are without merit? Too many to be numbered is my guess! As far as the finacial substantiation, do you go around and ask people what they make?? Isn't that a privacy thing? We give a FTC approved document covering our business and how the money is made. I think that is sufficient. I do hope that you all re-think and discuss this further. It is not right, blanketing this on business, unless you do it in a more fair way. Please don't hinder our ability to run a quality business and provide for our family. We have four children and this would affect them as well. Thank you for your time.
