Dear Sir / Madam: I am a 51 year old family man with a small gifts and collectibles business. Your proposed new rules governing business and direct sales opportunities such as ours would make it virtually impossible for us to stay in business. Please consider the thousands, if not millions, of small businesses that would be hurt or possibly eliminated. We fully understand the need to protect those who would be hurt by unscrupulous business practices but we believe this proposed legislation would be too far reaching and would hurt legitimate, hard working Americans.
