Gentlemen: This letter is to express my strong opposition to Proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I am 71 years old and have been working with the Shaklee Corporation over 10 years in an attempt to add to my retirement income so I can stay off welfare. The proposed requirements will make it very difficult for me to continue to do this business by adding unnecessary rules and regulations. Shaklee Corporation is a reliable, upstanding business that does all of its business by the "golden rule". Thank you for your attention in this matter. Mary Romer
