Ref to: Business Opportunity Rule,R511993 We are in the network marketing business with XanGo and have been for a little over a year. It is a great company to work for and the product has helped many people that we have introduced it to. One of the reasons that makes it so accessible to people is the price- cost if $ 35 to join for the first year and $ 20 a year after and the juice is only $ 100 a case plus shipping. If someone had to pay $ 500 just to be a distributor of the product, I know we'd hardly have any of our families on it. They just can't afford it. Also when they are excited about it they sure don't want to wait 7 days until they can have it shipped. I understand you want to control deceptive practices, but why punish everyone for a few bad apples??? Xango has always honored refunds and also made good any products that have had a problem. Please vote NO for this proposed business rule--- it would just KILL our business and all of our distributors under us. Xango has been in business about 4 years now and is number 5 of the network marketing companies in the US. They did it by good honest work---- Thanks for listening to me. Carol Legg Dist # 7755349
