One the one hand the Government says they want to encourage small business--"The Backbone of America"--and on the other you make it almost impossible with ridiculous requitements. Are you not aware that most Shaklee people and other SMALL business people have a regular 9 - 5 job. that people come and go, joining this and that opportunity when the fee is low and wandering off to something else. It would be a gargantuan task to report all these comings and goings, casual customers, etc. Please get real about this"Business Opportunity Rule". Shaklee has been in business since the early 1900s, became a company in 1956, and has the highest ethics one could wish for, and demands it of all who are involved with the name.
