I have been a Quixtar IBO for about 3 years now. My independent business is just that a business. I don't treat it as anything else an neither do the individuals sponsored below me. We understand the pitfalls that go along with owning your own small business as a matter of fact many of us have owned a small business in the past and find this business model much easier and more helpful to produce. The seven day waiting period is not a realistic time frame for people to have to wait to sign up to get started building their futures. If I wanted to start any other business I would not be mandated to wait 7 days before I could start and as a matter of fact many of the other franchise businesses out there will start you as soon as they get your money whether you are trained and ready to go or not. The information side of things has always been straight forward and very informative. No one has ever mislead me to get me to do anything. If you have any questions about what should be done then a simple call to the Quixtar Business Support team is extremely helpful at getting the correct information quickly and easily. A very real concern I have about providing actual monitary income to prospects is exampled by John Crowe who showed one of his checks to prospects who then went back to his house and tried to rob him. He was shot in the head and left for dead. Today he is severly impared by his handicaps due to the incident. This legislature would put IBO's in a very dangerous position for them and their family's safety. Quixtar in compairison to many other oppotunities is less expensive to get started with and a full refund is available should the prospect decide the business is not for them. I love this about the business and it is what actually attracted me to it. This way the prospect looses nothing by trying the opportunity and if they do enjoy it and make it work they can gain much more than they ever invested. Prospects many times continue to buy products even if the business doesn't work for them. So from that perspective making people wait 7 days to become part of the business could not only effect the potential of aiding that person have a better life it could very possibly stop me and other IBO's from having a life long customer if the business opportunity is found not to be a good fit for them. I am very happy I took the time to listen, learn, and take part in this business opportunity. I am concerned that because of other not so very ethical companies this bill could have the potential to negatively effect my family and the families of others that couldn't afford a business any other way. This would then keep them from experiencing the American Dream. If nothing else this business gives people hope and with that hope they are then able to change their lives in other areas that causes changes for their current living conditions. Be it their attitude gets better, the finances get better, relationships are improved, and most of all their self esteem in most cases rises. This business has much more effect on people than just the monitary aspect that most people concentrate on. Thank you for your time. Dallas Stump, Jr
