RE: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993: I am very concerned that the proposed ruling, in its present form, will do much more harm than good for those of us involved in a home-based business involving network marketing. I am in agreement with much of the proposed rule, but some of the requirements and restrictions appear to have been prepared by individuals who have little or no personal experience or knowledge of the industry. Please DO NOT pass this proposed bill until such time as the proposal has been properly debated with adequate opportunity given to all interested parties to be heard and their comments and suggestions thoroughly considered. This is far too important and issue for an "knee jerk reaction" in an effort to repair a "hole in the fence" that will result in destroying the entire fence in the process. Change is needed, but not as proposed right now - let's all work together to get a bill that will benefit, and protect the rights of, all interested parties.
