Our names are Patricia and Frederick Ripley. We have been involved with Quixtar since the beginning, Sept. 1999. Our goal is to be Platinum IBO's. While we have not reached this level yet, the Quixtar system is very clear as to the activity steps we need to accomplish to reach that level. We are very willing to do the work this requires. We applaud the F.T.C. for trying to keep folks from being scammed by dishonest groups. That is why we give our new prospects as much information they need, and encourage them to use our Web Site for more details so they can arrive at an intelligent decision. The F.T.C. proposes our giving a list of names to new prospects. We feel that would infringe on the privacy of our people. So, we encourage prospects to attend scheduled introductory meetings where they can ask any questions face to face. When we were introduced to the program, we couldn't wait to get started. We definatley feel a forced 7 day delay would have discouraged us. We always try to get our new prospects to attend an introductory meeting or monthly work shop which enables them to ask an associate any question they want too. Also, to interact with our organization to understand that hard work is involved, and get a bigger picture before they register. We can see no advantage for either prospects or presenter to weigh down any discussion with 10 years of lawsuits, legitimate or not. Every company gets swamped with ridiculous-- the coffee is too hot-- lawsuits. This only gives that kind of people a chance to bad mouth everyone. We also emphasise to all our prospects that this is definately not-- a get rich quick-- concept and that it takes learning, planning, and hard work of applying the principles of the Quixtar system to achieve the income available at each level. Each person makes their own decision as to how far they wish to go. While there is no guarantee in any business, Quixtar offers an opportunity for someone to reach their own goals by helping someone else to do the same. Thank you for letting us put our input to this subject. Fred and Pattie Ripley
