thank you for trying to find ways to make the market place safe for consumers. Some people need to be protected from those with no morals or scrupples. I have some very serious concerns though about some of the disclosure ideas being duscussed. It is defintely not necessary or feasable for sellers to provide prospects with names, addresses and phone numbers of other individuals who have joined the business. First of all that is a very private matter for all of us and not something I want publicly disclosed to everyone who is considering this business. I cannot see how this provides much benefit for the trouble and legal issues it will create. I also am concerned about the 7 day delay in signing up. First of all how can any govt. agency or person limit a citizen in joining anything. You should never be involved in telling me when I can or cannot become involved in any business that is legitimate. the legitimacy must be dealt with elsewhere, this is just to much of an infringement on individual rights. Give us, as citizens some credit for being intelligent enough to make our own decisions. Maybe there needs to be the right to cancel such decisions within 30 days or something like that. Every person ought to beware and make their own choices on their own time. Thank you again for your work on this issue. Please do not penalize all home based business owners with excessive resrictions because of those who are illegitimate. Paul Alger
