My wife and I have been an IBO for 5 years. During this time our whole life style has changed, everything from the cars we drive, the house we live in, the way we think and manage money, and the incredible people we accociate with. When we first started our business, we recieved more than enough info to begin and become successful at owning our own business. When we sponsor new people we have a duplicateable system for getting them started with all the right info. Our new prospects understand from day one that this is not a get rich program and that it takes work, time, and effort, and there are no guarantees for success. We verbally communicate this with them and require them to sign Quixtar's registration rules and regulations for that explains this in depth. Upon registering our new IBOs in order for a greater chance of success they will invest in materials, seminar tickets, and product packs. Their initial investment of about $360.00 is 100% refundable. Our business is growing rapidly and momentum is major factor in helping IBOs achieve success. A waiting period of 7 days would stop this momentum therefore hurting new IBOs and there chance for success and in turn robs us of being effective inspite of all our hard work! If we were required to provide a list of local IBOs as references, that means we would be on many lists which would infringe on our valuable time and could be on the phone constantly. This is completly unneccessary, we are a Team Building business, we already introduce all new prospects to many other IBOs that are having success and can help them have success. We already disclose upon registering new IBOs the average income of IBOs as stated in the Rules and Reg. form. Any further details on this matter is waistful. As far as discussing our personal income with others completely unconstitutional and an invasion of privacy. No self emplyed person be it painter, Dr., lawyer ect.. should be require to show their income to clients, and niether should we. Alticor, Quixtar's founders have been around for over 40 years and has always been legal and ethical in dealing with clients and IBOs. It is however unethical to punish such an established and successful company for the cheap shots that other small networking businesses that come and go take at individuals and families. They should be targeted and investigated individually. Our country was founded on the free enterprize system, please understand that these proposals would be hurting this system. We are good people trying to make a difference in the lives of many others. We would hope that this country would help and incourage this instead of hinder and discourage. Please try to understand and do your do diligence before making any decisions that will litterally affect millions of lives in a negative way. Our prayers are with you. Sincerely, Casey McCoy Independent Business Owner
