To Whom It May Concern, This is the first letter that I have ever written to a governmental agency, so please take this email seriously. I am opposed to the proposed and so called, Business Opportunity Rule, as it is presented. Granted that some people need to be protected from the tactics of some scam artists, but why punish those who are doing a legitimate service to humankind. If this rule is adopted as it now stands, I will loose all the security that I have worked for in the last 20 years! I ask that you change the proposed bill so that it doesn't interfere with my freedom! I was taught in grade school, that the government who rules least rules best. It is time that those who govern us, to back way off. This country is falling fast from many sectors, please don't add to the problem. Be a part of the constructive solution and forget this rule.
