Comments:
I am in support of the position that every prospect should have the information needed to make an informed decision. Just as many other decisions are made on the premise of freedom of speech, we should be able to provide information pertinent to a prospect in making an informed decision. I am opposed to specific provisions of the FTC proposal that would penalize honest IBOs and cripple their sponsoring efforts.
