This business opportunity was shown to me by a friend from St. Albans Vt, he had to travel a least 2 hours one way to share this opportunity with me. I never told him that I would register, but he came back over and over, never knowing if I would join or not. If he was a scam artist I'm sure he would have moved on by then. This business has helped me understand that life is about giving to others, and that a life of sacrafice has a greater purpose. I'm not where I want to be financially yet, but if it weren't for the life lessons I learned with these people I would be still be broke, and playing video games. The knowledge one gains from this business will help anyone with their daily life, and becoming better... much like training martial arts does. People are difficult sometimes and that's what makes direct selling seem negative. My team and I tell our prospects that this business takes time and effort to develop, there is no such thing that's something for nothing. But some people bend rules and manipulate people. In an organization like Quixtar it's really unavoidable, we all knew the bad crowd growing up, heck some of us were in it. But in every profession you still have the swindlers and the people who only care about themselves... case and point read the book "Behind Smoke and Mirrors" the authors upline was a dishonest jerk. I was happy and fortunate to be involved with some great people, who understand giving. I couldn't walk away from these people, or this opportunity. Too many people are looking for something, I just hope I can help them as my team has helped me. I would request that new IBO's be able to register the day they pay to do so. If that person is ready and wants to start then why wait, the quicker they can start the sooner we can help them reach more people. Why would a new IBO want a reference of 10 local prospects in the area before registration? Ever heard of competition? It would be unfair because any of those other IBO's could register that new prospect just because the new prospect relates to them more. What would be fair about the IBO who sponsors everyone without doing any work? Do you feel you should be compensated for nothing? How about past litigation? Have you ever eaten at a Fast Food Resteraunt and seen all of the food poisoning's and other inccidents over the last 10 years? I'm sure every resteraunt discloses death and other information to all that eat at any establishment. I don't think that information needs to be disclosed because it instantly makes the Business look bad when it's probably the individual IBO that needed to be sued for whatever reason. We are told constantly that we are not in Quixtar, Quixtar isn't our business. It's simply a tool that powers our independent businesses, many of the claims I have read about deal with tool systems. Which really is about the education system not the business itself. Not to mention if they really wanted to seek out that information no one would be able to stop them. To disclose all income claims is quite ridiculous. The plan is more of a generalization of how the money is made. It's indicated during the presentations that I have seen that your business most likely won't be shaped like how it is shown. The reality is each structure pays differently, it's very hard to figure out exactly what you'll be making from month to month. I don't see the point in telling people what the claims are, they are more interested in the fact that money will be there. If the amount is in the ball park for the set up business structure most people will be fine. Financial records are confidential, in all areas of business. Every job & business out there tells you to keep what your paid to yourself. Everywhere I work has told me the same thing, your income is not up to discussion, why should direct selling be any different? The education I've got since I bought a Quixtar powered business has changed my life.
