Comments:
I am a physician who has been a TSFL Health Advisor for about a year now. I think the proposed rule is too stringent in several areas. First, it must violate HIPPA laws to provide information on recent patients/clients who have become involved in this business. Second, it seems unreasonable that frivolous nuisance lawsuits that may not only have no basis in fact, but have also proven wrong must be reported. Also, it seems unjust that we would have to report all those who have cancelled (overburdening our paperwork) when a standard business isn't required to tell of employees who have quit. Please consider these points. Sincerely, Joseph P. Pecoraro, MD
