Network marketing is an essential to business in the USofA. It allows people who are aware of quality products to become involved with them and to market those products directly to those who may be most interested in them. People who are network marketers do not avoid paying taxes they may owe. They are driven people who truly believe in the products they promote. Network marketing covers many industries and helps the economy. People who are network marketers bring to the attention of others numerous products that benefit both the buyer and the seller. Network marketing is a necessary part of keeping the US economy moving. To restrict network marketing as proposed will be extremely harmful to manufacturers, the marketers, the buyers, and the economy of our country. "These days" people are "flag wavers". You will be doing them harm while they may be totally unaware of it, also. I am part of network marketing, just barely. But what you are proposing will be detrimental to me and dozens of people I know and dozens of friends. Please do not pass this legislation or even consider it again. It may be beneficial to only "big business'" and accountants - while they have a job. Register me as being strongly apposed to the "Business Opportunity Rule".
