Regarding the proposed Business Opportunity Rule, 16 CFR Part 437, we feel it would restrict us with the additional paperwork and time involved making it impractical to continue to operate our home based business. We are representatives of a legitimate company, selling products that help people and solve a problem. It would seem unfair to penalize us with all these additional restrictions because of a few in the system that operate fraudulently and illegitimately. We ask that you take our comments seriously.
