In reference to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993, I believe that, if passed, will be detrimental to my home business. It would be a hindrance in conducting my business in a professional manner. It gives the impression that my company does not do business properly. My potential customers would not even want to hear about my product if they thought something was improper. Then this would harm my business. Our company has a 100% guarantee in the first month so there is absolutely no reason to require a 7 day waiting period. You don't wait that long to buy an auto which could be a lemon. I would not ever give out personal information about my customers and don't expec the government to ask for personal information. If you would enforce the laws that are already on the books, I am sure that you could weed out the bad guys more quickly and solve this problem without harming so many small business people. I, for one, have to have a home business because I am disabled and our retirement, along with medical expenses, is not covering our needs.
