I have read over all of the information that has been presented by the FTC to change rules and regulations for home base businesses and MLM businesses. These rules are sensless and uncalled for. I have been involved in several MLM based companies. I lost thousands of dollors with some of the companies. I can not blame anyone but myself for loosing money. I make these choices and have to suffer the consiquences. When people are given an oppertunity to be a part of a company that is their decision. They have to suffer the consiquences if they made poor decisions on their behalf. I feel an adult can a decision on their own to join a company. If that person did not do their homework on the compay to make sure everything is lagit, that is their fault; not the person who sponsored them. Any savey business person would do their homework on any business opportunity before moving forward. Shame on them if the homework was not done. The blame should be put on that person who did not do their homework. These rules that the FTC want to put in place sould be dismissed. We do not need these rules by the FTC to help people make decisions to join any business. regards, Melissa
