Wording of this bill would only hurt legitimate small business owners in Quixtar. The wording should be changed to eliminate the required waiting period, references, past litigation, other than average income, and personal financial documentation. As an honest businesswoman, I believe that incorporation of the suggested requirements would severely harm my business and cross the line with requiring me to provide personal information both about my family and also about business friends. This is NOT the American Way - Do not hurt honest people just to get a few dishonest ones. Look at the glass as half full - We help, not hurt others.
