Comments:
I find that the waiting period should be waived, & eliminated. There is no need to waith 7 days to register with our business opportunity, especially with Quixtar where the prospect if fully aware of EVERY piece of information they need and can get a full return of their money. Having to render a reference list is not at all necessary. Because for one, if the prospect is already willing to get started in business ON THEIR OWN DECISION, they already are trusting us, and Quixtar on our own good name and merit; therefore, we should NOT have to present this to them, as we are just getting to know the prospect as well, and this would be pointless. Giving past litigation to me seems pointless. If this is an issue, why would the prospect be willingly ready to join our business team if they were concerned about Quixtar as a whole. Why do every other company out there not have to present this type info to their prospects or clients? I feel the prospect already feels confidant about starting his/her own business w/out having to disclose this type info, if you look you can find ANYTHING good or bad about ANY Matter this would be a waste of time and paper. I do not see relevance to disclosing the income for ACTIVE IBOS either. Other companies are not asked to represent this Personel information so why should our INDEPENDANT Business Owners have to do this? Once the prospect gets around are very professional, elite executive team, that should be enough proof to them that this business works IF you work it, and that there is money to be made. Therefore, WE should NOT have to disclose financial documents to proove this matter. Thank you for your time, and consideration, I hope you will find these and other comments helpful in your decision. Thank You Regina Hutchins
