To whom it may concern: While I agree that there are some businesses out there to scam the American people. I also agree that there are other businesses that only want to help the American People. If you take a Business Opportunity away from the average citizen, then you take away a choice that they can make from themselves. You also give Major Companies the right to take away the pensions that Americans have worked so hard for and yet not give them a chance to make it back to survive in this harsh economy that we live in. This does not make sense to me, as I have have not gotten a job in Massachusetts. Do you know what the rate of unemployment is? It is still a rather large number, and at least I have the opportunity to improve my situation for myself, my family and others. Please re think this act, and possibly veto on the next voting of it.
