I vehemently oppose NPR R511993. This ruling suggests that the heart of my or any business is based on fraudulent activity. If that is the only game the government can come up with then I vehemently oppose this form of government. A ruling of any kind that would be FOR the people would be a win-win, not a lose-lose. Just WHO is this government FOR?
