Dear Sir or Madam: I OPPOSE Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. I can not see any possibile way this rule will benefit me or any potential network marketers. It will create a huge paperwork nightmare and burden on network marketing companies and distributers. The three companies I know about offer a money back guarrantee, even on products that have been opened and the person is not happy with for any reason. These three companies have a low enrollment fee and or starter kit fee so this proposed Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 is of zero benefit to anyone. I appreciate you protection the public, but there is no part of this rule that is of any benefit to the public. It only creates a burden on everyone involved. Thank you for considering my oppinion.
