I appreciate your efforts to help eliminate some of the fraud that is present in this industry. What makes this industry a target for crooks is the ease of starting a business entity whose owners have the desire to make a quick buck and don't care who they hurt. The distributors who participate in the business are generally not the ones who have a dishonest intent, but the owners who designed the business in the first place. So the goal here should be to find a way to make sure the business passes the test of a sound, honest business plan before they are allowed to go into business. To limit the ability of the distributor to grow his business is to regulate on the wrong end of the continuum. I am a system engineer by profession and have worked in healthcare Information Technology for 19 years. I have been involved in Quixtar/Amway for 15 years. I have always been impressed by the honesty of the Quixtar corporatioin and the group with which I am affiliated. Thank you for your time.
