I've been an IBO for a short time. The process of sponsorship was highly ethical and transparent. It has been a wonderful experience and continues to provide the foundation for a bright financial future. This is a business that rewards for work done. I do not agree with disclosing income earned with a prospect. This business is based on individual performance/work productivity , therefore, each prospect has potential to make whatever income they choose to make based on 'their own effort and productivity' , not contingent on their sponsor/mentor's earned income . When an individual interviews for any job, does the interviewer disclose his/her income? Why should this business be treated any differently.
