Dear Sirs & Madam: Please do not continue with the proposed "Business Opportunity Rule." This would do nothing to slow the crooks and defrauders down, but would certainly slow us law abiding citizens down. Our business is vital to our ability to be meaningful contributors to society and fund worthy causes. It is imperative for MLM corporations to continue to function as they have as it offers an opportunity for those who desire to have their own business. Thank you. for your kind consideration.
