I oppose the 10 day waiting period proposed in this new rule, as the organization I'm associated with already offers a full money back guarantee. I also oppose the requirement that the prospect be given 10 references and a 10 year history of arbitration. I also oppose a different disclosure for every income claim and personal financial documents to substantiate income claims. I do support your effort to avoid misleading claims and scams which are readily being promoted through the interent. There are any number of industry accepted practices and publicly avalable information, such as Better Business Bureau reports and D&B Ratings for companies. Regards
