I am opposed to the changes that I have been made aware of for 16 CFR Part 437 the Proposed Opportunity Rule. I have just started with Xango (tm) where the start up costs were minimal. I am a retired person with a very limited income and this may be able to help me survive through the years (I hope) ahead. As you know all of us baby boomers are retiring and we do not have the resources that the younger generation may have. This will give me my 401k and assist me in the future. Thank you for your time.
