Dear Sir, Regarding Business Opportunity Rule R511993 . . . I wanted to let you know I am NOT in favor of such rulings. I have been a distributor with a GREAT company/program called 'Xango' for a little over two years. I work this program along with my mother and my brother. We have all seen results from the 'mangosteen' juice and would never, ever be without a bottle of 'Xango' in our refrigerator. What concerns me the most is the fact people could get my name/address etc. . . I feel this is an INVASION OF MY PRIVACY . . . This is a 'BIG' issue for any woman in any network marketing company. I just can't understand the FTC's reasoning. . . Women today could be harassed by stalkers, rapist, burglers, and by people who want to steal another person's identity. What these rulings do - in my opinion - puts EVERY WOMAN in 'any' network marketing program at RISK!!!! NOBODY should be able to get our PRIVATE information and I can't imagine any 'ruling' that should allow this to happen!!! I have the 'right' to have my privacy guarded .. not given out to complete strangers - just because I buy a certain product from a certain company. Do supermarkets or other stores have to give out private information?? Then WHY should any network marketing company?? Why are honest, ethical network marketing companies like 'Xango' and others being singled out? It just doesn't make any sense to me. I feel these rulings would jeopardize - not only my SAFETY . . but my ability to work my home-based business. It would prevent me from earning a 2nd income based on my own efforts. . I am especially concerned that my mother's information (she is a senior citizen) would be given out to 'who knows who' under this ruling. I feel it not only is unjust to honest people but also scary to think about what could happen to innocent women when their private information is given out to complete strangers. . . strangers who could be criminals of any sorts. . To me this is very, very DANGEROUS and I am totally against it. Yours truly, Y. Parriott
