To Whom this may concern, I have been affiliated with quixtar corporation for more than two years and have never found any unlawful act or failure of providing a prospect with correct information. When a prospect opens his or hers independent business, he or she signs a agreement with the company. Any cliams that he makes against the company is void because he or she signed the contract. No one is forced into this opportunity and all terms and conditions are provided to the prospect in the contract. There is a 6 month guarantee on a business opportunity plan that you cannot get anywhere else. A true franchise system does not provide a money gauantee. Did not the Supreme Court almost rule the franchise system an illegal pyramid? Why is the Quixtar Opportunity any different? Teaching others to do what you have done and get compensated for it. Why is this concept so frowned upon. I am disgusted that the FTC would even consider jeopardizing the independant business owners and what they have accomplished. Let us keep the Free Enterprise System alive and focus our eyes on others and not ourselves. Do not hinder the growth of business owners for they are pursueing the true American Dream. Thank you, Scott Krawec
