While I applaud the FTC for moving against fraudulent businesses and "pie in the sky" schemes, please do not go overboard and hamper independent business owners who follow practices approved by the FTC in the past. Rules such as showing them 10 IBO's in the area, this would tremendously hamper our business. We moved to Indiana from NY a few years ago and have no support system here and I don't know 10 other IBOS in Indiana. When showing the business plan, every page mentions the average monthly gross income for active IBO's. I beseech you to reconsider the parts of your proposal that would harm the law abiding IBO's and do not "throw out the baby with the bath water!"
