We have been an IBO for about 2 yrs now in Quixtar. It's been a great learning experience for myself and my wife. We are very thankful for the Quixtar experience and plan on doing this for the rest of our lives. When we registered as new IBO's i feel as though we was given the whole picture. We was told we could get out if we did not like it. We was told of our line of sponsership, and how it worked. I in turn pass this info to each person we sponser as new IBO's.They deserve the same as i got when I started our business. 1. The 7 day waiting period, I dont agree with this because we are taught not to sponser a person usually on the first night anyway. But becuase we give them a way out of this business, why should they have a 7 day grace period before they can becomne an IBO. 2. The requirement of a "litigation list" --- Every company out there has a list like this, are we going to get a list like this each and every time we walk into WAL MART or TARGET.I just do not think it was a thing i needed to make a good decision to become a IBO in this business. If they need this info , its all over the internet. 3. giving a list of references -- This i also believe is not needed, It would not concern me to share some other IBO names with them before they get in. If they are in the system we are taught, they would edify the other IBO instead of stealing them. I will get them around the group of people sometime before they get in anyway so they can see the system at work. PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE. 4. requiring my personal info--- this is definatly not needed for them to make a decision, the reason for this is they they have the chance to make so much more money than i do.They should not set a picture for their future in this business with my successes or failures in this business. They just need to know that with WORK they can build a business of any size they choose. It's not just going to come to them they have to work it consistantly and honestly.
