I am Concerned about the proposed Business Oppurtunity Rule R11993. I believe that in its present form, it could prevent me from succesfully operating my business as a direct seller of PartyLite Gifts, Inc.I understand that your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices. However, some of the propsed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell PartyLite products and help others start a business of their own. Thank you very much. Dot Blanchett
