Re: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing to express strong opposition to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I understand that the FTC must protect the public, but the rule as proposed would make it impossible for me to operate my business as a Shaklee Distributor. The incredible amount of paperwork and recordkeeping is killing small business in the USA. I remind you that it is small businessis that pay most of the taxes that support the government in this country. Your proposal will suffocate us and bury us under a mountain of paper work. Please do not kill this element of our economy! I have been a Shaklee distributor for 24 years and know that what you propose is unnecessary and an undue burden. Since I am 71 years old and could not live on my Social Security, I would have to resort to food stamps if I didn't have my Shaklee bonuses. Shaklee provides excellent products that I can sell from my home and help others who need the extra income. Thank you for considering my comments. Sincerely, Mrs. Carole J. Baron
