1) I have been in Amway/Quixtar buisness for 34 years. 2) Having a 7 day waiting period would not have any value, new associates to our business, can get a full refund. Plus, it would slow possible new growth. Think what if every busineess in the U.S. would have to wait 7 days to hire a new person, this certainly would be a huge burden on everyone. 3) Giving a new prospect a list of 10 other peaple in our business would be a terrible invasion of privacy. Plus giving a new prospect the list 10 other competitors 7 days before they could join your business, would be as they say, shooting yourself in the foot. 4) Giving a new prospect a list of every lawsuit, arbitration or other legal claim from the last 10 years! I cannot even begin to imagine, if every business in the U.S. would be obligated to inform every new person this information. After all, we all should realize that many of the legal disagreements are people trying to get something for nothing, and also many cases are settled because it is the lesser to the end results. Also if a new illegal business started up they would not have a history and in the years past this has been a problem. 5) You already require that we give every new prospect a statement of the average income of a active person in our business, that should be sufficient. 6) Providing prospects your personal financial documents, would not be of any benefit, our rewards are based on effort, commitment and belief, all of which take time. Plus the fact is this would be an invasion of my privacy, not even my own children have that information. 7) I believe what you are attempting to do is create a equal opportunity for all, and thats a good thing, but please don't choke us with to many unnecessary conditions that we cannot operate under. Thank You
