I recently signed up as a new recruit. Although the proposed rules wouldn't have changed my mind to sign up, they would have made me angry with and suspicious of the new company I was signing up with. It would not have started our relationship out in a good way. Although I support the rules you're proposing for mail stuffing businesses and other businesses that recruit through television infomercials and newspaper ads, legitimate DSA businesses should be exempt from those rules.
