To Whom It May Concern: I am a very satisfied Quixtar IBO of six months. It has met all the standards I have set for myself in a long professional business career. It was clear that time and money would need to be invested - that is the American model, after all. However, both entities are entirely determined by my wishes, and both are far less than I have put into either of the two businesses I previously owned. No other venture I have been involved with has offered such a clear and generous mentoring, return and refund policy. I would be much richer now if my lifetime of efforts had been as well recognized and tangibly rewarded. I find the Quixtar concept amazingly in harmony with the new global economy. From loyalty promotions offered by local retailers to internet discounts to armchair service it matches the reality of a flat world. I was never given any unrealistic expectations because I know that the rewards of Quixtar are exactly commensurate with my efforts. The outlay of money to build that business is inconsequential compared to the overhead of my other businesses. I am as suspicious as the next person about scams because I also work as a geriatric care manager and realtor. We cannot legislate against all the schemes in any human enterprise, but we can hold up examplar practices as goals for everyone to achieve. When I taught school, it always disturbed me that we worried about the lowest achievers when the effort should have been placed in the high achievers to encourage everyone else to do his or her best. It's a funny world we live in, but Quixtar represents one of the best ventures I have encountered. I wish you a clear and open mind in your deliberations. Sincerely, Anne Harbison Lucas
