This is an outrage!!! I read through this and it looks like it is a bill to destroy network marketing. The same network marketing that millions use to pay their bills with! I am one of those people. This is my only source of income. I understand that fraud is real and that it is a huge problem in our country, but this is not the way to go about curbing the fraud in the fly by night schemes. I belong to Mary Kay. I am an independent contractor. Mary Kay has been around, enriching women's lives, for decades! (since 1963). I do not know about other companies, but I know that Mary Kay stands for helping others around you, and living up to our potential. How can business like this be bad? How can a bill be proposed that will stop the economy? If this goes through there will be more financial consequences on local, state and country that will devastate our nation. Please do not pass this or even consider it. This is bad business. There are other ways to curb fraud and this is not the way.
