To whom it may concern: My name is Jonathan Rehn and I am 22 years old. I purchased my first home last year. My personal experience with the Quixtar business has been excellent from the begining. I certainly haven't gotten rich yet, but I have generated a nice sideline income. My goal is to surpass my job income in the next 24 months. I am right on track for doing that. When I got started I was fully informed of the work, time, and money (about $200 to get started - 100% refundable) that I would need to invest in order to reach my goals. I was provided with the legal documention of the average IBO income, and the potential income available. Every one considering working with me, in turn, recieves all of this information. It is of no benefit for me to hide any of these facts. In regards to the proposed rule which I have read, I appreciate your protecting against get rich quick schemes and pyramid scams, and I would like to comment on a couple points. 1.The requirement of a seven day waiting period. Bad idea. This would slow the growth and profitability of my business and is unneccesary given the full money-back guarantee. As mentioned earlier, all my prospects are fully informed with documentation before deciding to register. 2.Requirement to provide references. Unnecesary. All my prospects are personally introduced to many others on my team as they are in the process. However I wouldn't want my phone number or address given out to prospects as this would infringe on my privacy. 3.Requirment to provide a litigation list. It is unclear what a "seller" is so I may have to list all litigation involving Quixtar itself as well as the entire IBO force accross the country. This would even include cases with no merit. 4. Requirement for specific earnings disclosure. All my prospects recieve a SA-4400 which gives the average IBO income. This is all that is necessary. It would be cumbersome and pointless to go further. 5.Requirement for financial substantiation. This is totally unecesary. The income generated is clearly explained in detail to all prospects, and my personal income is none of anyone's business but my own. We have been generating business online since '99 and we have no need to prove our income. I hope that my comments are taken as they were intended, and in closing I would like to say that I am in business with some of the most honest people of integrity I have ever met. sincerely, Jonathan
